About
Cara:
I am not only a nanny but I am also a massage therapist. I have worked at some wonderful upscale spas around the country and I have even been involved with the 2002 Winter Olympics. I have worked for two families long term and have had several part time and temporary nanny jobs. I have worked with newborns up to pre teens and children with disabilities.
I love to travel and have friends that I love to visit in Scotland! I also have excellent skills as a personal assistant.
Cara's childcare philosophy:
I have worked for many families and have found that children require lots of love, encouragement and positive discipline so that they know that their nanny is not only their friend but, a postive role model that they can trust.
I enjoy following a busy schedule and I am always up for a variety of activities.

Tell us your experience working with newborns and infants. What did you find most
challenging?
What did you find most rewarding?
The most rewarding part of working with newborns is seeing how fast they grow and how quickly they learn. The most challenging is trying to keep them on a schedule so they can get good naps and a good feeding schedule. It takes awhile but, it's worth it to have a very happy baby.
