Kady:
I love working with children only second to one thing. My love for Jesus Christ is number one. I have a huge passion for working with children, and hope that my future will always include a job with children. I am currently going to college to earn a degree in Special Education. However, I am taking time off to save some money, and gain some more experience with children. I have been watching kids, and cleaning since I was 12 years old. I honestly can't imagine not working with children. I love being able to set a good example for the children, and hope that they will always see me as a positive influence. I am willing to do anything the family needs me to do. I will cook, clean, keep up with laundry, take care of the kids when they're sick, and transport them where needed. Anything the family needs, I will be there to do. I am a strong Christian woman, I have a servants heart, and I'm all about serving the Lord. I just want to be a good person and help out families in need.
Kady's childcare philosophy:
I love to just be with the children and have fun. I do whatever it takes to get the children to have fun, while also maintaining my authority. I set my rules for the children, but also let them have fun. I watch movies with the kids, get them involved in outdoor activities, as well as play games with them. Educational games are awesome! I''m all about letting the child have fun, but I also expect them to respect my authority as the adult. I love to bake cookies and cakes with the kids. I also love to get them involved in everything they want to do, as long as it is reasonable.

What did you find most rewarding?
I have alot of experience working with newborns and infants from when my sisters were babies, and other kids I babysat for. I love it. I love babies, and don't seem to have many challenges with it. I am familiar with all the needs of newborns and infants, and am able to do what is needed. I find it very rewarding to work with babies. To me babies are a miracle from God, and seeing that everyday brings joy to my life.
