About
Ann:
My name is Ann. I grew up on a small Island in Wisconsin. I am the youngest out of 8 children. My dad worked hard as a builder to provide for us. My mom was the most wonderful, patient, stay at home mom in the world. She always made us feel loved. I always looked up to her. I'm sure she is the reason I became a care giver. You learn from what you see.
I am also a mom of a wonderful 7 year old girl named Lily. She has gone with me on nanny jobs in Maryland, and Wisconsin. She is awesome with kids of all ages, so it works out well.
I love riding bike, going on hikes, and swimming.
I hope you will consider me in your search for the perfect nanny for your family.
Ann's childcare philosophy:
If you say please and thank you to children, they will say it back. They learn from what they see. I feel playing outside is so important. An active child is a happy child. I love a good bike ride. Watching t.v. is just for when you need to cook. A lot of times the children can help you cook. Then they are more likely to try new foods. Most important, we all need to smile and enjoy life. Splash in a puddle. It's fun.
