About
Tsehay:
I am a mother of three i raised my kids on my own. I love kids. i am Eritrean woman who values family and respect. As a nanny i blieve the roll also comes with being a teacher and settig a good example of respect ad kindness. i believe our personality comes out in the way that we treat people so you should always try and be a good person. I believe i offer a lot like respect, laughter, a sholder to lean on and some one who will help along the way.
Tsehay's childcare philosophy:
I love kids so i like to listen to them i always keep an eye out for any danger they might be in. I think there is a time for everything like studying , homework, playing, or watching tv. I make sure all of those things get done at the time there supposed to be. if a child is not listening or misbehaving i will ask the parent what they would like me to do in that case. But i would definetely tell the child what they did wrong and why it was wrong just so that they can understand and not do it again. i just believe kids like to have fun and i respect that and i always encourage them to do there best in everything that they do.

Tell us your experience working with newborns and infants. What did you find most
challenging?
What did you find most rewarding?
my experience with newborns have been of course with my own kids but also with others i have worked for. there is nothing really challenging about it other than making sure the child is comfortable and everything is secure and safe. the most rewarding part is knowing that the child is happy and so is the family.
