Elsa M:
I am from Bogota Colombia and I have been in this country for 25 years. I am a very happy and energetic person. I greatly enjoyed bringing up my own children. And after I decided to work with children They are now in college, high school, and middle school. I still have contact with the parents of the wonderful children that I have cared for in the past. I have worked with most of the families long term. They are my new family in this country and my best references I can shear they information with the family be interesting.I would love to find a new family to care for.
Elsa M's childcare philosophy:
I am very responsible, affectionate, and clean, I like children to be comfortable with me, I like to teaching Spanish if the parents approve it I also like to engage them in various learning activities. Take to library, playground invite other children and they can play in the house, go swimming, walk, do art, crafts, play instruments.
I enjoy caring for children very much!!! It very important for me to do an excellent job and communicate with the family to assure myself that they are pleased with my caring techniques.

Tell us your experience working with newborns and infants. What did you find most
challenging?
What did you find most rewarding?
I have experience with caring for newborns with my own children. One is a girl and the other a boy. These were my first experience. I am very proud of them. After I have cared for children since they are babies until the point that they are now in college. The most challenging part of caring for a newborn is being able to read what they are in need of since they don't speak. I think I have been around enough newborns to have mastered the baby language. The most rewarding thing is a happy baby and a happy mom and dad. If the baby is cared for, loved on, and provided the best foundation then they will reflect it.
