I am a fun-loving, energetic and active hands on caregiver. I love to travel and I love history, cooking, crafts and animals. Working with children has always been something I enjoy because not only can I not have my own, but I enjoy watching and being there to help a child grow and learn. I have experience with children from four months to teenagers. Some of my hobbies are: reading, traveling, cooking, all which are things that I like to share with the cildren I watch. I am very reliable, have great time management and orginaziton skills.
Maryann's childcare philosophy:
I have multiple years of experience working with children of all ages. When I am the caregiver of a child, I tend to be very hands on in an attempt to keep the child active and entertained in a positive manner while in turn helping them develop and grow. I try to make myself a positive influence and role model for the children. I stick to schedules and am very organized. I can handle tantrums, and have experience with children with learning disabilities, behavioral problems and other disabilities as well. I am a caring and loving person who enjoys helping raise children to be the best they can be, and being a reliable person for families to turn to and count on to take the best care of their children.

Tell us your experience working with newborns and infants. What did you find most
What did you find most rewarding?
I found when working with newborns and infants difficult when they had issues such as acid reflux or were at the stage when they didnt sleep through the night. I found most rewarding seeing the smiles on their face when you were there for them to make sure they were being taken care of.
