I have performed and served as Head of Music in foreign countries for the purpose of gaining international

with my International Youth Choir. We are seeking our own facility to house spacing for rehearsals, performances, guest parking, reception area, and private music lessons to serve youth in our communities.
I currently child-care in Indiana, U.S.A.
LISA 's childcare philosophy:
I provide a fun-loving and caring childcare environment. I prefer to work in a Christian home. I have successfully raised two lovely daughters who are now in their 20's and love children, as well. I treat all children equally; refrain from cursing them & giving special treatment to some over others; promote independence, responsibility, cleanliness, respect, obedience, and high educational values. I request monthly reviews with Parents.....

Tell us your experience working with newborns and infants. What did you find most
What did you find most rewarding?
I became self-employed to raise my children full-time. Both of my children were perfectly healthy and didn't need special medical attention. Though I've not forgotten how to care for infants, I'm aware that time brings about changes in recommended care for infants with regard to feeding, special needs, allergies, etc. I have the ability to be updated, as necessary, and welcome the opportunity. Most challenging were the many first -time experiences with identifying the different types of cries, as a new mother. The lessons
were learned quite quickly. Most rewarding was choosing full-time parenting over a 9-5 job and the infinite bonding relationship that stemmed from my nurturing child care for my children. I have cared for my young relatives and friends' children.
