About
Sheron:
I am a part of a large family of thirteen siblings, I am nineth in line. I have seven sisters and five brothers and assisted them all with their children and their grandchildren. I have work for several professional families since age eighteen up through my last position. I love and enjoy children because they are so exciting to be around and require much patience, compassion and understanding in which of all I do have. I am loyal, reliable, love, consider and outgoing. I enjoy helping others and will do my best to be the parents extra eyes and hands. I enjoy singing, cooking, cleaning and dancing. I have been caring for children for over twenty years and to me being a nanny is a career for me and very fulfilling and I take it seriously.

Tell us your experience working with newborns and infants. What did you find most
challenging?
What did you find most rewarding?
I have over twenty years working with newborns and infants, I am a mother of to grown teens and work for other professionl families, and as a daycare worker and home daycare with newborns and infants. I find it somewhat challenging comforting a colicky baby because its can be difficult if the baby is in pain due to gas and discomfort but do my best to comfort and assure the baby that they are loved and I all the patience they will need and that I understand. It is reward to see a baby grow and learn new things and have their own personality and to know that you had a share in raising a loving responsible child/children.
