About
Millie:
I have 19 yrs of childcare experience with all ages from newborn to school age. I have a degree in Early Childhood. I have worked in daycare centers with all ages and as a nanny. I find being a nanny to be more personable and rewarding.
Millie's childcare philosophy:
I believe children learn through play and exploration. I follow the parents parenting style and work with the parents as part of a team. I love going for walks and doing arts and crafts. I think socialization is important so playdates or outside activities I feel is beneficial.

Tell us your experience working with newborns and infants. What did you find most
challenging?
What did you find most rewarding?
Most of my experience is with infants and toddlers, There really isn't a lot I find challenging with infants. I haven't had much experience with colicky babies so I would say that would probably be a challenge. The rewards come in an abundance of ways, from watching them develop to being able to help them develop and seeing them turn into little people.
