I'm a Proud Dedicated Loving Nanny with over 25+ years of extensive experience. I truly LOVE being a Nanny! Mature yet very youthful & committed to being a Nanny & feel, look & act energetic from all my time caring for children. Parents have called me "ageless"! I have been caring for children in all types of situations and settings for many years. It is my heart, soul & passion, I truly LOVE IT!! I am FUN, youthful, playful, warm, nurturing, easygoing, organized, sensible, reliable, articulate, educated & responsible amongst many other good things.....ALL positive, necessary skills needed to care for children as a loving Nanny. KIMBERLY's childcare philosophy:
I am a very hands on caregiver. Equally at ease caring for older children or little ones, getting down to their level, playing, teaching/learning, helping,conversing & discovering. I believe in teaching through play - learning colors, shapes, letters etc.. It makes for such a fun & creative learning experience. Stimulation without over stimulating - in addition to encouraging some independent play/quiet time. With ALL ages, arranging playdates, planning outings, taking walks, exploring outdoors, being busy!! True believer in following the parents lead, being consistant/maintaining continuity for the childrens sake/for their safety and security. Extremely comfortable and relaxed caring for newborns. I am a calm, personable and very patient Nanny. In caring for older school age children, I am engaging, conversational, helpful, as well as a good homework helper! I am there to make sure they are guided and assisted in their needs as well......

What did you find most rewarding?
I have cared for many infants and toddlers. Its amazing to be a part of a family and experience all the growth stages of children of all ages and be a major partner with the parents in all of their transitions.... The challenges in any nanny position is that they usually end in less than 5 years........Rewards that one experiences as a nanny are wide! They range from seeing day to day growth in their charges to being a valued and loved extended family member.
