About
Carol:
I have been working in the child care world for my entire professional career. I have experience working as a full time nanny to infant multiples, a daycare center attendant, babysitter, and volunteer mentor. During my years of in the child care industry, I have had experience working with all different age groups from newborn infants to middle school aged children. I have also been lucky enough to work with a newborn triplets and enjoyed being their nanny immensely.
Along with my years of child care experience, I also have a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I feel that this degree has been immensely helpful in my work in the child care realm.
Carol's childcare philosophy:
I believe that children need a warm and nurturing environment in order to grow and reach their full potential. While discipline is important, I feel that it can be conveyed in a way that lets the child know you care about them and their best interests.

Tell us your experience working with newborns and infants. What did you find most
challenging?
What did you find most rewarding?
My first nanny job was working with a family who had 4 month old triplets as well as one slightly older child. While I had worked with infants in a daycare and babysitting setting before this job provided me with so much training and invaluable experience. This experience was incredibly rewarding to me as I got to be a part of so many milestones in these young persons lives. I was honored to be there for the first time they crawled, walked, and spoke.
