Run a background check
If you haven’t already done so, consider running a criminal background check to ease doubts about your hire. This check is FREE for platinum members and $49 for all other members ($102 in the state of New York).
Deactivate or freeze your account
It's extremely important that you deactivate your account once you have hired your nanny. This will ensure that you won't continue receiving daily "Today's Picks" emails and inquiries from interested nannies.
Platinum members, take advantage of the
Insurance Policy that was included with your membership and "freeze" your account to bank the unused time. You can reactivate it at any time within six months of the freeze date if you wish to find another nanny.
