Platinum –
90 days, $149
Our most popular package, the Platinum membership allows you to buy yourself
more time and extra security. The 90-day membership is the best deal for your
dollar — only $1.66 per day! It includes all of the features of a Gold
membership, plus:
- Insurance Policy
Use your eNanny membership on your timeframe with this exclusive feature that allows you to "freeze" your account and reactivate it later with the full balance intact. (Account must be reactivated within six months of freeze date. One freeze allowed per membership.)
- Criminal Background Check
Enter into an employment agreement with less fear and doubt. We will find
past residences by using credit records and then check a nanny candidate's
criminal background for the past seven years in one county. One background
check — a $49 value — is free with Platinum level memberships.
(Important exception: All searches done in the State of New York incur
a charge of $53 above and beyond the cost of membership.)
Platinum Plus –
90 days, $249
This special plan is for busy families, especially professional dual career parents and parents of newborns. It will save you hours of time emailing nannies to see if they are interested and responding to nannies inquiries. This plan offers everything our Platinum service offers plus 30 days of personal concierge service.
Exclusively for Plus level members:
- A personal concierge will be assigned to search nanny resumes, respond to nanny emails, contact nannies that meet your requirements and add nannies to your Top Picks list saving you hours of time.
- The concierge will contact you with candidates that meet your criteria once they have determined the nanny’s interest and availability for the job.
Please note that this service does not guarantee a match and it does not include screening of the candidates. Families are strongly urged to carefully screen each candidate fully.
- Option to purchase additional Concierge 30 day memberships for $100 so long as your Platinum account has at least 30 days remaining.
