Professional nanny needed

We are looking for a kind professional nanny for our 2 kids. One is 2.5 years old and will start part time school in fall and the 2nd child is in kindergarten so in school most of the day. We are looking for someone who is hands on, firm yet gentle and is good at anticipating what’s needed. Other tastes are light housekeeping, laundry, small meal prep, help with homework, drop off / pickup at school bus. Days required : Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Min 30 hours / week to start. Family is located in union square so easy access to most subway lines. References are a must.
