Hi! My name is Tatum, and I have a strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth in a positive, nurturing environment. I started babysitting at 14 years old, and since then, I’ve gained both personal and professional experience caring for children of different ages and needs. I have over four years of experience working in after-school programs, where I began as a Recreation Leader and was later promoted to Site Supervisor. In this role, I developed skills in creating engaging activities, managing routines, and ensuring children feel safe, supported, and included. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development with a specialization in Early Childhood Education and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Education.
