Looking for a Full Time Live-Out Nanny

We are looking for a loving nanny to care for two infants in a nanny share -- both families live in Noe Valley / Dolores Heights. Both baby boys will be 5-7 months old, the 5 month old boy will initially only be around occasionally and join full-time once he turns 6 months old in November. You would be the perfect fit if you are a fluent English speaker who is conscientious, attentive and experienced with infant care. To us, the benefit of a nanny is the focused attention to the development and play for the two kids in our nanny share group. They both love the outdoors and we want them to get outside to the nearby parks and playgrounds, but also play with them extensively in our home and foster their language development. It would be great to have a nanny who is present, attentive, and helps document the time that we’re not around - we love photos. A huge plus would be a nanny who helps us introduce diverse foods to our little ones and helps with sleep/food tracking and sticking to nap times.
