I am attending San Francisco State University and currently work part-time with a family. I also volunteer with the American Red Cross as a disaster team leader a couple nights a week. I'm from a small town in Idaho and grew up in my parents hardware store, so sometimes I can be handy to have around for that experience. I have worked at a Montessori school, YMCA's, and in homes with families. I have a strong passion for children and their happiness. I hope to find a family that is looking for part time care (preferably flexible with my school schedule) and the occasional date night. I drive a scooter and so can get anywhere in the city quickly but cannot transport children. I am comfortable driving family cars anywhere in or out of the city.

I am 22 years old. I just graduated with a degree in Human Services. I love to work with children of any age. I am very hands-on and prefer to be active when taking care of other people's children. Some of my favorite things to do are to make mud pies and to play dress up and pretend. I love to bring the imagination out in the kids I work with. I am a good listener; I am willing and able to learn anything. I am even-tempered and easy to get along with; I am faithful, honest, adaptable, teachable, adventurous and imaginative; I am a self-starter, eager to work hard and learn what is set before me. I have a passion for loving and serving broken young people who have experienced the ravages of substance abuse, sexual addiction, eating disorders and other physical/emotional/sexual/spiritual traumas; I want to help build a program that will impact thousands of lives for time and eternity;
