I have two children, ages 19 and 20. I worked in our church nursery for 20 years. I have always loved kids - my goal as a new mom was to be the "Kool-Aid mom"! I was my daughter's Camp Fire leader for 4 years, and still have several of her friends who call me "Mom", which I consider a high compliment. I was the nanny for the same family for 2 1/2 years until the girls reached school age. My current family is moving in June, so I am now looking for a job to start as early as July, or as late as September. I love younger kids as well as older ones, and have oodles of patience. I want to find a family to "fit in with", and be with for a long time. I want to be a positive and happy influence in their children's lives.

I am a 33 year old woman who loves being around kids; it brings me joy to make a child laugh and make them feel safe. To me, one of the highest compliments is to be liked and trusted by a child. Most of my life has been devoted to music and the arts; I've been playing acoustic guitar, singing and writing songs for over 10 years and I obtained my degree in Graphic Design & Illustration in 2000. I also have worked many professional jobs ranging from small companies to major financial corporations. I’ve been working as an Administrative Assistant for the past few years and have found it to be a very challenging and rewarding job. If I had to choose words that best describe me they would be: sincere, honest, loyal, thoughtful, responsible, caring and patient. I also believe in living life to the fullest and being young at heart, which is why I so naturally get along with kids. Having fun, being silly, imaginative and finding beauty in life is what I love to offer!
